I have a son. He was not of my blood, but....

I first met him in a small village that was attacked by the Balaur. It was completely destroyed.... Not even its name remains. I found him hiding beneath the rubble in one of the burning buildings, too scared to even cry.

Though I knew he would complicate my mission, I couldn't leave him behind.

My son is shy, more bookish than strong, but honest and intelligent.

He said he wanted to help his father, and trained so hard would make himself sick. He finally became a Daeva, which I had secretly hoped for... but I was conflicted. For his first mission, he followed me into battle.

But... ... No, never mind. I don't want to talk about it anymore.
